Every Rhode Island child deserves a school where they can thrive.
At Rhode Island Education Collective, we are bringing together students, families, educators, and community members to achieve this vision for every child in our state.
Who We Are
Rhode Island Education Collective was founded to unite the efforts of diverse stakeholders across Rhode Island's K-12 public education system. We bring together students, families, educators, elected officials, higher education, nonprofits, and the private sector to improve educational outcomes and better meet the needs of every student, especially those from historically marginalized communities.
Our work prioritizes the urban core, serving children of color, multilingual learners, and families facing systemic barriers. Together, we diagnose and address the root causes of educational inequity, and we advocate for, build, and collaborate on innovative solutions to the most pressing challenges in public education.
Our Work in Action.
From investing in educators to expanding opportunities and advocating for students, we're working together to move public education forward across Rhode Island.
